IPTV trial: try before you buy

A one-year subscription is a bigger decision than a month with a streaming service, so wanting an IPTV trial first makes sense. Here is how to ask us – and what you should have in writing before you start.

Get the terms straight first

Whoever you are thinking of buying from, have these points answered before a trial period begins:

  • Length. When exactly does the period start and end?
  • Price. Is it free of charge, or do you pay something?
  • Scope. Is it the same service as the paid package?
  • Ending. Does the period stop by itself, or do you need to do something?
  • Details. What information do you have to give, and why?

Get the answers in writing. In a WhatsApp chat they stay put, so you can find them again later.

How it works at SagaIPTV

  1. Send a message. The button opens a chat that already says you would like to try IPTV.
  2. Tell us what you have. Give the brand and model, and whether you use Wi-Fi or a cable.
  3. Get an answer. We tell you whether a trial is possible right now and on which terms.
  4. Decide in your own time. Whether and when you order is up to you.

The button does not activate anything. It starts a conversation – the rest is your call.

Use the trial well

Spend the time on your own routine rather than browsing everything on offer. Watch what you usually watch, on the device you usually use, at the times you usually sit down. A technical checklist is on the IPTV test page.

What to have ready before you write

  • The brand and exact model of your TV, box or stick.
  • How the device is connected: cable or Wi-Fi, and roughly how fast your broadband is.
  • How many screens you want to watch on at the same time – that decides between 1, 2 or 3 accounts.
  • The things you watch most, so you can ask about them directly.

With these four details we can answer in one message instead of five.

If no trial is possible right now

A trial is not the only way to lower the risk of a one-year purchase:

  1. Have your device checked first. We confirm it for your exact model before you pay.
  2. Ask everything in writing. What is included, how payment works, what happens if something does not work.
  3. Start small. One account costs €50 for the year. You can ask about adding accounts later instead of taking three from the start.
  4. Test your own connection. Most picture problems come from the home network, and you can measure that today.

Questions people ask about trials

Why are the terms not on the website? Because they can change, and a promise on a page that is no longer true helps nobody. The answer you get in the chat is the one that applies.

Do I have to decide right after a trial? No. An order only happens when you tell us which package you want.

Is the content the same as in the paid plan? Ask us to confirm it for the day you try – it is one of the five terms listed above.

From trial to package

If you want to continue, we have three packages with one year per account. Prices are on the pricing page, and Setup shows how to get started. Our guide on how to choose an IPTV subscription is worth a read too.

Frequently asked questions

Does SagaIPTV offer a trial period?

You will get the answer in the chat. We do not publish trial terms on the website, because we only want to promise what applies on the day you ask.

Does a trial turn into a subscription automatically?

Always ask for a clear answer to that before you begin. With us, you order a package by saying so explicitly in the chat.

What does it cost if I want to continue?

The packages cost €50 for 1 account, €95 for 2 accounts and €140 for 3 accounts. Each account runs for one year.
